   Create your manager account

   Choose 'Community Manager' on signup, verify your email, and set up your basic profile.

   Build your Trophies profile

   Highlight your certifications, years in the industry, specialties (high-rise, gated, mixed-use, etc.), and references. The more complete your profile, the better your matches.

   Set your service area and pricing model

   Tell us where you can serve and your typical management fee range. You'll negotiate exact pricing per association.

   Browse the marketplace

   Filter associations by size, location, and complexity. Send proposals to the ones that fit.

   Win, manage, get paid

   When an association picks you, you keep 100% of the agreed management fee. Saga doesn't take a cut from you either.
