Gather your association details
Have your community's legal name, address, and current management info handy. You don't need an existing software environment — Saga can help you set one up.

Create your community account
Click below, choose 'Community / HOA Board', and enter the basics. We'll send a confirmation email to the address you provide.

Invite your fellow board members
After signup, send invites from the Invite Board page. Each member gets their own login.

Browse managers in the marketplace
Filter by location, specialty, and Trophies. Reach out, talk pricing, and select the manager that fits.

Negotiate fees and terms
You and your manager set the management fee directly. Saga doesn't take a cut.
